John Duncan Tasker, who was vice-chairman of the Upper Changi Neighbourhood Committee from 2013 until July this year, was also ordered to pay $1,000 in compensation to the victim.

It is this kind of laughable sentence given to foreigners especially those with spare money like this scum Tasker that encourages foreigners to go around the island to wallop whoever and whenever they are buay song, depressed or drunk.

Opposition MPs have always had to seek the approval/support/permission of grassroots leaders .....in order to organise events in the estate.Opposition MPs are not even allowed to use the Community Club facilities in their own constituencies.......
Since 2011, WP MPs in Hougang and Aljunied have to seek the permission of the grassroots organisations there to even use open spaces and various plots of land because these plots have been leased out by the HDB to the People's Association after GE 2011. The PA is, incidentally, chaired by Lee Hsien Loong, who is also the sec gen of the PAP, besides being the PM.............
