Your role and responsibilities:

• Own the recruitment coordination process end to end including systems and stakeholder management
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience from interview arrangements, following up on candidate feedback to addressing internal and external stakeholder queries
• Weekly reporting and tracking of talent activities
• Involved in sourcing and talent mapping activities
• Support all talent team initiatives including campus & recruitment outreach, employees’ wellness, engagement and other business related projects
• Provide support for all work-pass related matters which includes but not limited to applications and renewals
• Support with new hire onboarding process such as insurance enrolment, creation of HRIS, work email and expense profiles
• Other business related tasks assigned

You should have:

• Minimally 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination / HR operations
• Data-driven
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform in ambiguous, low control yet fast paced environment
• Experience working in a startup environment will be an added advantage
• Mandarin speaking is preferred to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts
