advice please: how to handle parrot eggs?

you won't believe it! neither did i initially. bought a pair of parrots for the son. lo and behold! there was 4 eggs found inside the box built for the parrots in the big cage.

mysteriously, one egg disappeared, then there were 3. yesterday, one of the egg hatched out but the fledgling parrot was motionless. it was dead. and now there were 2 eggs. one was a puny one which don't think it's going to hatch. but the other was quite big. it seems that any time now it shall hatch.

any birds breeder here who could give some advice?

i bought commercial bird seeds specially formulated for parrots. got a yellow with reddish crest female and a green with blue pigment male.

the last chick is hatching soon but don't want it to end up another dead chick. how did the lst fledgling die was still a mystery.

surely there must be some bird breeders among u guys?
