The monk also teaches us that Money is lubricant, it almost can be a king to do every thing in life.
Then what about PAP Govt, they invest In China big time, lose big money, can they be blamed? No, it is the people who approve it.
Yes they pay themselves out-of -the- world salaries, but think again, at least some public money reach the ground---upgrading of flats, GST rebates, economy shares.
If out of 10 dollars, two dollars can reach the ground already good enough. Money is everything when there is no culture, no soul, no moral values.
People who donate or who approve the system have to bear responsibilities.
So please respect Renci monk, we should learn from him like we read rich -dad- poor -dad book how to get rich . Singapore is not a nation yet. May be 44 years later......you know. So learn to get rich from rich people is the best thing to do before we become a country.
