How about the many more millions spent for FTs' benefits to welcome them to Singapore?

Unless they suddenly want to change the meaning of NS men, it should include pple doing reservist. In fact by the normal definition of NS Men(which is Operationally Ready National Serviceman), Recruit doesn't even satisfy the criteria coz they are not operationally ready
