PAP has been ruling Singapore for 50 years. WP is about the same age.

Every rapist, conman, lunatic, robber is a product of the PAP school system, society, culture and government. Shouldn't the driver and co-driver be man enough to take ownership? I just couldn't stop using the term self-pwn.
