what I mean is when you take tests, do you excel or pass on your 1st attempt or do you have to try 2nd time and so on...

for example, I only passed my driving on the 2nd attempt. I got a smart friend who always pass on his first attempt in whatever tests he took.

I am trying to identify the root of this 1st time thingy, why he can and I cannot???:o

Driving tests are a hit-and-miss thing, it really depends on the mood of the tester or how big of an asshole he is. The route which you have picked may also play a part.

Taking private driving lessons might end up being more expensive if you are a slow learner, if you keep failing the practical test, or if your instructor is fucked up.

I took private one many years ago...I know those who took from centre higher chance of passing 1st time cos' it's more expensive.
