bart is 42 years old and under tremendous stress all these years. this is the reason why.....passengers are excessively overweight and putting undue load stress on trains, tracks and rolling stocks. this one occupies 2 seats, carries an lv bag, and is oblivious to the strain she's putting on the system.

Who in the world will gorge himself or herself with so much food and in the process becomes a XXX fat ?

americans are blessed with an abundance of cheap lousy junk food and drinks the moment they are born. they consume too much sugary food and drinks when young, and by the time they reach high school and learn something about health and nutrition, it's too late. they are already over 200 lbs as teens, and many resign themselves to continue the same lifestyle of gluttony and unhealthy consumption. besides sweeteners and corn syrup in the food chain, there are various preservers and artificial ingredients in the mix. you seldom see the obesity phenomenon with europeans.

Your system there sucks because you don't have the PAP in charge of the state and its infrastructure.

if the pap were to be in charge here, part of the wheel would not have come off and damage the track. and the worst part was the track was damaged at the crossover between concord and pleasant hill, cutting off both directions. it would be like tampines and bedok got stranded during the evening rush hour and commute. bus shuttles were minimal and slow, and passengers walked miles from walnut creek to concord and pittsburg. commuters were pissed. it's 11pm now, and service is still not back to normal. :*:

When you keep shouting you are No.1 to anyone who listens, when you FAIL they will jump on you.

If you say you are No.445 no one will jump on you.

Next time can just exclude "breaking news" for it has been a monthly occurrence. Eventually people won't get excited over it and will yawn. Yawn......

it's no longer "breaking news" but breakdown news. if sinkies are constantly reminded of how fucked up the bart system is, sinkies will fully appreciate how good the smrt is and what the pap has done for them.

mysterious electrical problem knocking out bart trains going eastbound via transbay tube....

http://sanfrancisco.cbslocal.com/2016/03/04/mysterious-electrical-problem-knocking-out-bart-cars/

bart engineers have not figured out what the root cause is, and dozens of train cars are being taken out of service on a day to day basis. does anyone have a clue what the real cause is?

The BART system was started in 1972 which is much older than the Spore MRT system. I have ridden on the BART trains in the 80's & what I remember was that it was comfortable with soft seats & not the hard seats in Spore's MRT. I actually got to sit because it was not packed like like what you have in Spore.

The PAP should be ashamed that Sporeans have to pay so much for a system that keeps breaking down.
