Two youths were arrested early Monday morning for allegedly stealing a motorcycle from a carpark.
The duo, both 19, were spotted behaving suspiciously while trying to ride a motorcycle near Ang Mo Kio Street 41 by patrol officers.
Checks by the officers showed that both of them did not have driving licences and police established that they had allegedly stolen the bike from a carpark in the vicinity and arrested them.
If charged and convicted for stealing the motorcycle, the two face a maximum penalty of a fine and seven years in jail.
