MRT crowded? Tokyo's worse

THE Singapore government has just announced a slew of measures to improve train capacity within 6 to 8 years. They include a new signalling system, 22 new trains and the opening of new lines.

RazorTV asked commuters just how bad the situation is during peak hours. While some complained bitterly about the crowds, others compared the situation to Tokyo, London and Hong Kong and said that it is not nearly as bad here.
