Mandarin garden is a very big development with 1000 units. So 40% bought by Indians is a very large number of units. It is amazing PAP still has not implemented ethnic quota to prevent such large racial enclaves in private estate. If a 1000 unit development can be bought over 40% by one race, other condos that are usually around 400 or less can be easily 100% bought over by one race.

Many sinkies and foreign buyers like Indons like to buy the units there and rent them out for income. So, actually, the population there is over 60% Indians, comprising of both condo owners and condo renters, as Indians also like to rent there. Because of the love for mandarin gardens by apunehs, many investors look to buy there because they know they can easily rent to Indians. Sinkie Chinese there are getting squeezed out. But again, I ask them who they vote for? Many of these Indians living in Mandarin gardens are making good money in white collared jobs. Many also have bullshit fake degrees and great por lumpars.

at tanjong rhu near where i live,there is a huge field near kallang stadium which has been turned into a cricket pitch,on the fence there are huge signs saying no playing of soccer allowed....i dunno of any singaporeans who plays cricket other than these high caste shitskins and the british and they have this gigantic field all to themselves.i dont even know if theres any fields in singapore as big as it.....10 years ago this country may have belonged to sinkies but now its the private property of high caste indians.
