Man U is dumb...................they should sell Rooney for 20-25m pounds...........they'll also save at least 10m pounds YEARLY in salary................

Manchester United may be set for their worst ever Premier League finish but manager David Moyes has set his sights on achieving Champions League glory.
Having lost eight times, United sit sixth in the league, 11 points behind the fourth-placed team, Liverpool.
In the 18 seasons since the Premier League began, United have never finished outside the top three.
But unless there is a dramatic turnaround, the defending champions will finish outside the Champions League places.
Their only hope of playing in the Champions League next season, then, is to win Europe's top competition for the fourth time in their history.
"Everybody wants to win it and we'll try to do it," Moyes told United's official website.
"I never said we would or we can but we'll be in there.
"Teams don't want to play Manchester United. They know what it stands for as they have been successful. I hope we can play well enough to get through this round and see what happens next." Before they can start to dream of glory, United must get past Olympiacos of Greece.
"They are really good and have had a great record," Moyes said.
"They are undoubtedly the best team in Greece, no question about it. They also have a lot of Greek internationals who will go to the World Cup and it will be a really tough game." Moyes will hope that striker Wayne Rooney is invigorated after signing a new deal with the club, worth a reported STG300,000 ($A558,000) per week.
Rooney scored in the weekend win over Crystal Palace and with Robin van Persie and Adnan Januzaj in the team, the England forward believes United have plenty of firepower to hurt Olympiacos and any European opposition.
"They are all great players," Rooney said. "We have great flexibility in the team and I thought we linked up quite well.
"It is going to take time to see us all our at our best but, once we do, it could be a great, exciting time for the club.
"We also have Danny Welbeck and Javier Hernandez to come in. We have great forwards."
And Rooney said United would be ready for the threat posed by the Greek side.
"Tuesday is a massive game for us," he said. "We want to be going into the quarter-finals of the Champions League.
"It'll be tough but we'll get the Palace match out of our system, prepare well and we'll be ready."

United are 11 points adrift of the top four in the Premier League and the Spaniard thinks the pressure could affect them at the Karaiskakis Stadium.
"This kind of situation may weigh too much on their players' shoulders," said 50-year-old Michel. "We know United are not allowed to make any mistakes due to their position."
Olympiakos goalkeeper Roy Carroll, who played for the Red Devils from 2001 to 2005 said United "look nervous" ahead of the first-leg game.
And Michel is optimistic about the Greek side's chances of pulling off a shock win after they progressed through a challenging group containing Paris St-Germain, Benfica and Anderlecht.
In domestic competition they are also enjoying a good season. Olympiakos are top and unbeaten in the Greek Super League and have only lost twice at home in the league in four years.
"People say it'll be a very demanding tie and that's true. They are favourites, but nothing says we can't beat Manchester United," Michel added.
"Their Premier League situation could be an incentive to them or it could be a burden on their shoulders. We know there's lots at stake for Manchester United in this match."
The second leg of the tie takes place at Old Trafford on 19 March.

United are finished for this season - no silverware. Better concentrate on qualification for Europa next season and get rid of the deadwood.

It is okay to be beaten in the first away leg of a CL match. but at least get an away goal.
Man Utd can turn around the deficit in the return leg, but it depends how badly they want it.
No consolation, tall order and bridge too far. Not just gut feeling, but if we played like this morning kns.
DG is good, vastly improved from his error prone 1st season in EPL (with crosses et al). 1st goal was a deflection, with defenders caught out. I didn't see 2nd goal, as gave up to catch on my zzzz.
