I was interviewed once and got the job within a month when I applied to join the elite SPF many donkey years ago. 5 idiots sat on the panel. Interview was done at Police HQ.
I've been to 2 interviews in my life and that was it. I then decided it was better to be the interviewer than the interviewee.

I have asked you a few times, would Germans tolerate a similar situation where foreigners make up 40 percent of the population in your country? took me one interview end with a "when can u start work? next mth?"straight away fix a date to start work, still got people waiting outside for interview. without a degree but tonnes of exp and more than 10yrs in the trade. around 100k a yr.
