Rotikosong, thankfully yours still ends at swampy now. Come fall, LCCs are moving to Don Muang (if you believe thai authorities). So add to commute to Patts across town. Also can screw up domestic (unless via TG) and even international connections.

Swampy means Suvarnabhumi? Yes luckily still arriving BKK and not DMK but problem with BKK is one runway closed right now.
In future I actually like DMK (Don Muang) - closer to Ratchada  because I no go to Pattaya that much.

Most of all I like cheap, so if it makes LCC cheaper, DMK is fine

Yo, swampy is nick (by mostly farangs) not just abbreviation but also speaks of the surrounding topography. You know the problems with sanambin's opening etc. And darned pronounciation is minus the "i".

Was comfortable with DMK before, at least you didn't have to drag yourself along loooong corridors in swampy (especially international to domestic end to end). Life was simpler then, domestic or international terminal ..and yeah, to Ratchada's bright lights was a cinch. :p

On LCC flights, been there and done it too. Actually, you'll be surprised that regular airlines (outside SQ) are not uncompetitive either in off peak periods. Can sometimes do circa 300 with deals/promos on CX/TG. And whatever happened to Mynmar Air:confused: Delays with some LCCs well publicised, and with add-ons do add up too. Also cannot tahan the tarmac run on AAsia in swampy on arrrival, with hand carry in hand.

Gone are the days when we could do the Sin/Bkk sector on some euro airlines SAS, Finnair, Swissair (evening schedules).

Brought her home. Spent some time with her. Now going to bring her for cremation. Really really sad for me but happy for her end of sufferings.

Bro, the Chinese saying - 天下没有不散的宴席。 She led a very blissful life for a dog. It's a very long and thorough 缘分 between the two of you. What more can a dog ask ? And for a good 14 years of companionship. What more can the owner ask ?

A lovely doggy and a caring owner. Both of you have etched a meaningful chapter in each others' life. It's mission accomplished for her; it's human compassion on your part beautifully manifested on all pet owners' behalf.

Wah, smoking section in Swissir must be eons ago:p Can only recall JAL (Japan Airlines) with jepun chimney guys ...can only smoke at rear row. Also cannot do standing up +555 (jialat, kena Q one). Then JAL introduced some smokeless nicotine stick for die hards:wink:.

Yes, YY, think the smoking section in SR was still around in early 90s. And best of all, the evening flights are usually empty.

Finally got myself an outdoor coffee table and chair for the balcony. Now I can relax one corner with nice whisky enjoying the sunset. But it's damm hot in the afternoon.

Hehehe. Here indeed Gao Shou Ru Yun (高手如云). 小弟献丑了 with this fishball noodle soup. Soup using chicken stocking and fishballs. Finish off with Dong Cai and spring onion, Tai Wah soya sauce with chilli padi for dipping fishballs. Only think lacking is the Bak Por (fried pork fat).

The balcony railing looks nice. Is the garden beside the pond completed already?

Hehehe. I actually use both Tai Wah and Tiger brand. Tiger brand for stir frying because it has a sharper taste. Tai Wah for all other non-frying like dipping. Will always dabao 1 bottle of each plus dark soya sauce whenever I am back. There is also another forumer who also machiam old uncle will da bao all these stuffs.

Do away with the toastings, your ribs couLd have been toughened by this.Guessed what you need is to tenderise the meat prior to BBQing them; just sueeze the juices of any citrus fruits over them wiLL do.However you
have to Let them work in for at Least 1 hour before the bbq process..
