我于6月30日中午用PayNow从储蓄银行户头转了800元到不对的电话号码，发现后即刻拨打银行的热线。职员告诉我，如果要讨回钱，必须等15天。这还是因为同属一家银行，如果是第三方的银行，就必须等超过30天。

第二天我再去中峇鲁的分行了解情况。银行职员告诉我，银行已有记录，跟热线电话职员讲的一模一样。

我于7月29日收到银行的电邮，要我再等21个工作日；8月20日再收到电邮，说银行已尽力在联络收款人，要我再等。我已等了超过50天，希望银行能让我知道应该怎么办。

I heard this on radio 958 several times. someone paynow 20k to the wrong hp number. he tried to contact the hp number owner many times but to no avail. in the end the hp number owner was fined $5K by the court for keeping this $20k.
