Youth Sucks xxxx in train!

A STOMPer saw this youth sucking on a lollipop in the train.

In his email to STOMP today (Sept 5), the STOMPer wrote:

“I saw this guy enter the train with a lollipop in his mouth, sucking it from Novena to Khatib stations.

“He was sucking it and was playing games with his phone in a crowded train.

“These shots taken just before he left the train.”

He sent in the MMS today (September 4).
