I am ronn, 22, this year, 3 years ago i sell digital lock at liang court while studying my polytechnic for Door Plus Pte Ltd, after striving for 1 year with my boss, James Lim
The company fall apart and he owe me $1400 unpaid, then i approach Desmond Kwang whom is my supplier and the owner of interlock pte ltd
He promise that 50% of the company will belongs to me after 2 years, before i enter army amd the profit sharing would be 25%-75%
All i need is to run the business and he will invest
Sadly, now, he could only sell but not give, 25% of the company share at $12,500. I refused and decided to start my own business after i came out from army

After i return
He changed all the password and didnt return the phone, even though our agreement for handover is end of july
Fortunately, i left lthe last authority of the last website to bargain my salary back
Sadly, he refuse to pay me and demand the website back
Now this is my last token, i cannot give him anymore or else i will not receive a single cent back

I am only 22 years old, and my partner have taken everything from me, those stuff are my hardwork over these 2 years and i have source every single ally for him, yet i got broken promises and no thing is been sign as everything is base on trust
