Actually, there is no such thing as a freak result. What is more interesting is if another ruling party comes to power, it will be a test if the legislative and administrative systems are actually independently operating and well in place as has been claimed. Or else, we have a serious problem and need to really clean up a lot of mess. Needless to say, we will know which old man has been lying for more than 40 years.
