新京报快讯 据全国人大网消息，由江西省选出的第十三届全国人民代表大会代表，中国铁路南昌局集团有限公司党委原副书记、原总经理马叶江，因涉嫌严重违纪违法，被责令辞去第十三届全国人民代表大会代表职务。2019年9月28日，江西省第十三届人大常委会第十五次会议决定接受其辞职。
由河南省选出的第十三届全国人民代表大会代表，河南省人民政府原副省长徐光，因涉嫌严重违纪违法，被责令辞去第十三届全国人民代表大会代表职务。2019年9月27日，河南省第十三届人大常委会第十二次会议决定接受其辞职。
由四川省选出的第十三届全国人民代表大会代表，四川省资阳市委原书记陈吉明，因涉嫌严重违纪违法，被责令辞去第十三届全国人民代表大会代表职务。2019年9月24日，四川省第十三届人大常委会第十三次会议决定接受其辞职。
由贵州省选出的第十三届全国人民代表大会代表，贵州省歌舞剧院有限责任公司艺术生产部副主任雷艳，因涉嫌违纪，被责令辞去第十三届全国人民代表大会代表职务。2019年9月27日，贵州省第十三届人大常委会第十二次会议决定接受其辞职。
由解放军选出的第十三届全国人民代表大会代表，中国人民解放军战略支援部队原副司令员兼参谋长饶开勋，因严重违纪，被责令辞去第十三届全国人民代表大会代表职务。2019年7月31日，战略支援部队选举委员会召开会议，决定接受其辞职。
由解放军选出的第十三届全国人民代表大会代表，西部战区陆军原副司令员徐向华，因严重违纪，被责令辞去第十三届全国人民代表大会代表职务。2019年8月26日，陆军选举委员会召开会议，决定接受其辞职。依照《中华人民共和国全国人民代表大会和地方各级人民代表大会代表法》的有关规定，马叶江、徐光、陈吉明、雷艳、饶开勋、徐向华的代表资格终止。
以上6名代表资格变动事宜报请全国人民代表大会常务委员会审议通过并予以公告。
本次全国人民代表大会个别代表的代表资格变动后，第十三届全国人民代表大会实有代表2963人。
