Never been to Wisetria mall, is it nice?

Checked Google Maps, That place was a nice forested hill until 2010-2011, then they built a cluster of new HDB flats. Wisteria mall is next to those flats, at the junction of Yishun Ring Road and Yishun Ave 4.

It is more like a neighbourhood malls for flaccids to gather from morning till night with drinks and food plus the convenience of getting their groceries done at the same time.
