Exercise regimen: I enjoy cardiovascular workouts, which is why I run about 10km twice a week. I also visit the gym three times a week to attend classes and to lift weights as it helps to strengthen the muscles required for running. The class that I enjoy most is spinning (riding on stationary bikes) as it is good for endurance building. Diet: I eat breakfast like dinner and dinner like breakfast and try to snack in between meals so that I do not overeat at lunch or dinner. Vegetables and fruits are a must in my diet. I have a weakness for desserts. I do not avoid any food, but just eat them in moderation.
