Mr. Botak on Gong-An-mata's wanted list for some offenses against Xijinping's law, and thus dare not go register his ROM with already pregnant GF. And worried his future child might become an unregistered unlawful citizen suffering impeded future for education, travel, and employment, he decided to negotiate with Gong-An-Mata, to surrender himself but 1st be registered @ROM, before kissing good bye to new bride to go to lock-up-cell.
His wish granted, he & his wife wears black to ROM, get the marriage registration booklets, and go and face law. No idea what law he broke, as report left that blank. No idea how long his ass may land in cells.
