从500克到3克,他将加工做到极致!
在中国航天科工二院的生产基地,工作人员要加工一批特殊的零件——一斤重的航天铝合金要铣加工到只有三克,且不能有任何变形。

曹彦生是中国航天科工二院的传奇人物,24岁就成为最年轻的高级技师。然而,耀眼成绩的取得,源自他刚参加工作时一次险些铸成大错的事故。

2005年,曹彦生进入航天科工二院283厂,原以为能接触先进的数控加工设备,结果每天重复的都是最简单的铣平面工作,这让他心灰意冷。

曹彦生:我当时是全国数控大赛前十名,觉得自己很厉害,心气高,没想到来了以后就让我干平面。
就在曹彦生心浮气躁时,一次操作失误让他彻底警醒。在一次铣平面过程中,他输错一个符号,瞬间,飞速旋转的刀具直接扎到工作台上。

尽管他第一时间终止错误程序,但工作台上已经留下一圈刀痕,这道痕迹更是深深刻在他的心里。
“从那件事以后,整个人就沉下去了”,曹彦生说。
苦练技能,零件间隙只有0.005毫米
沉下心的曹彦生慢慢认识到,看似简单的工作却是对自己心态和技能的全面锤炼。
在这个岗位上,他一干就是三年,为了练就技能,日常生活中,曹彦生只要看到一些复杂的结构,他都要想办法加工出来。

一个看上去很普通的立方体, 却是一把有十二个零件,一百多个面的鲁班锁。
加工它,需要将工艺顺序、控制加工精度、配合精度等做到极致,哪怕一丁点的瑕疵都会失败。

一边苦练技艺,一边储备知识,一有空曹彦生就往图书馆跑,在国内外的专业网站了解最尖端的技术。

曹彦生:一开始的时候很难,也没人教你,书看好几回都看不透。后来跟着边学边试,猛然有一天,我把这个点学会了就觉得太享受了。
多年的技能磨砺终于迎来用武之地。一次,厂里为国家某新型导弹加工空气舵,这是导弹的重要构件,犹如导弹的翅膀,直接影响着导弹的发射及飞行。
由于结构复杂、厚度薄,控制形变和对称度难度极大,两次做出来的产品都失败了。眼看整批次空气舵存在报废风险,大家想到了曹彦生。

眼看着老方法行不通,工期又催得紧,当时正值春节,曹彦生一个人在车间里待了整整4天4夜。
凭着多年积累的技术储备,曹彦生加工出的新产品,一上测试台,所有人简直都不敢相信。

如今,曹彦生承担着航天科工二院多型号产品零部件加工任务,攻克多个复杂产品零部件加工难题,他发明的“圆弧面加工法”“对刀装置”等绝技,获国家发明和实用新型专利,为企业节省成本上千万元。
他带出的徒弟中,获得5个全国五一奖章,10个全国技能大赛冠军。

In the production base of China Aerospace Science and Technology Second Hospital, the staff has to process a number of special parts - a kilogram of aerospace aluminum alloy to be milled to only three grams, and can not have any deformation.

Who can challenge such a sophisticated processing task, the answer is Cao Yansheng.

"The parameters should be adjusted very reasonably, and the spindle tool can't shake", Cao Yansheng said.

After processing, a piece of aluminum alloy with a thickness of 1/3 of the hair and 1/4 of the paper floats steadily on the water.

Cao Yansheng is a legendary figure in the Second Academy of China Aerospace Science and Technology. At the age of 24, he became the youngest senior technician. However, the achievement of dazzling achievements stems from the accident that he almost made a big mistake when he first joined the work.

In 2005, Cao Yansheng entered the 283 factory of the Second Academy of Aerospace Science and Technology. He thought that he could access advanced CNC machining equipment. As a result, the simplest milling plane work was repeated every day, which made him feel disheartened.

Cao Yansheng: I was the top ten in the national CNC competition. I felt that I was very powerful and had a high heart. I didn’t expect to let me work after I came.

Just when Cao Yan was so angry, an operation mistake made him completely alert. In the process of a milling plane, he entered a wrong symbol, and in a moment, the fast-rotating tool was directly tied to the workbench.

Although he had terminated the wrong procedure for the first time, he had left a circle of knife marks on the workbench. This trace was deep and deep in his heart.

"Since that incident, the whole person has sunk," Cao Yansheng said.

Hard training skills, the gap between parts is only 0.005 mm

Cao Yansheng, who is sinking his heart, slowly realizes that seemingly simple work is a comprehensive tempering of his own mentality and skills.

In this position, he has been working for three years. In order to practice skills, in daily life, Cao Yansheng only needs to find a way to process it if he sees some complicated structures.

A seemingly ordinary cube is a Luban lock with twelve parts and more than one hundred faces.

To process it, it is necessary to make the process sequence, control processing precision, and matching precision to the extreme, even if a little bit of flaws will fail.

Cao Yansheng used the Luban lock to practice the skills and used the most advanced simulation drawing technology. In the second exploration, the Luban lock he processed did not even see a gap.

Cao Yansheng: The gap is 0.005 mm, which is equivalent to one-sixteenth of the hair silk. It is the ultimate processing.

4 days and 4 nights, he "plugged in" the wings for the missile

Cao Yansheng: It was very difficult at the beginning, and no one taught you. The book couldn’t be seen for several times. Later, I followed the test and tried it. One day, I learned this point and felt so enjoyable.

Years of skill tempering has finally come to the fore. Once, the factory is processing the air rudder for a new type of missile in the country. This is an important component of the missile, just like the wings of a missile, directly affecting the launch and flight of the missile.

Due to the complex structure and thin thickness, the control deformation and symmetry are extremely difficult, and the products made twice failed. Seeing the risk of scrapping the entire batch of air rudders, everyone thought of Cao Yansheng.

Seeing that the old method did not work, the construction period was tightened. At the time of the Spring Festival, Cao Yansheng stayed in the workshop for four days and four nights.

With the technical reserves accumulated over the years, Cao Yansheng's new products, one on the test bench, everyone can't believe it.

Cao Yansheng: In the end, I made it, the error is 0.02 mm. The test thought it was wrong, and it should be the most successful one.

Perseverance, they cast a sword and defend their homeland

Today, Cao Yansheng undertakes the task of processing multiple parts and components of the Second Academy of Aerospace Science and Technology, and overcomes the problem of processing complex parts and components. He invented the "Arc Surface Machining Method" and "Tool Setting Device" and other techniques. The utility model patent saves the enterprise 10 million yuan in cost.

Among the apprentices he brought out, he won 5 national May 1 medals and 10 national skill competition champions.

Today, he led the creation of the first intelligent manufacturing laboratory in the factory, hoping to sum up more regular things to ensure the quality of military products.
