6月28日，据江苏城市频道《零距离》报道，江苏昆山一名男子利用各省之间民政系统互联网的漏洞，共和三名女子结婚生子。近日，该重婚案在昆山市人民法院开庭审理。法院判定，被告人张某有配偶而重婚，其行为已构成重婚罪，依法判处张某有期徒刑一年六个月。
法院经审理查明，2015年7月，被告人张某与任女士在昆山市民政局婚姻登记处办理结婚登记，在该段婚姻存续期间，被告人张某隐瞒婚姻状况，于2016年6月，2017年6月分别在河南洛阳和安徽阜阳与陈女士、王女士又办理了结婚登记。
法官表示，第二任、第三任“妻子”与被告人张某的关系，属于无效婚姻。陈女士和王女士可以拿着法院的刑事生效判决，到当地法院申请婚姻无效。
我国《刑法》第二百五十条规定，有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
上述报道显示，张某是河南洛阳人，在昆山开了一家房产中介公司，2015年到2017年期间，张某在昆山市安了三个家，和三位女士都领了结婚证，还都生了孩子。
平日里，张某利用出差做借口，同时周旋在三个女人之间，为了能让自己应付得了这三个家庭，还将三位女子安置在方圆一公里范围内的三个小区。有时候，张某一周内要在这三个小区里来来回回转悠十多趟。说起张某，妻子们竟都觉得他平时非常体贴，很关心人。
张某接受《零距离》记者采访时称，自己心很累，知道自己办错事，觉得“心里压着一块石头”，如果离开其中一个人，会用物质去补偿对方。
不过，陈女士和王女士几乎是同时发现了张某的猫腻。2018年7月，警方将张某某抓获。
