Solid display of death toll and primitive brutality beyond any doubt is necessary to root out all problems including Trade Wars or NK or any silly Human Rights argument or Taiwan. Putin should also pitch in because he have bigger issues from all the ex-Soviet states like Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, ex-Wasaw-Pact states like Poland Czechia Slovakia Romania Serbia etc. Plus Syria Turkey, even Jerusalem.

Jointly give 20K death toll to US Navy and re-educate the whole world beginning from Dotard.

ABOARD A US MILITARY AIRCRAFT: Defence Secretary Jim Mattis vowed on Tuesday (May 29) that the US would keep confronting China over its territorial claims in the South China Sea, where Beijing has established a significant military presence on contested islands.

Mattis' remarks came after Beijing voiced "strong dissatisfaction" on Sunday after two US warships sailed by an island in the disputed Paracel Island chain.

"You'll notice there's only one country that seems to take active steps to rebuff (such operations) or state their resentment of them, but it's international waters and a lot of nations want to see freedom of navigation, so we will continue that," Mattis told reporters as he flew to Hawaii.

The US Navy periodically conducts "freedom of navigation" operations in the contested waterway, where it sails close to island features China has built into military facilities as a way of showing it rejects any territorial claims.

"We are going out of our way to cooperate with Pacific nations, that's the way we do business in the world, but we are also going to confront what we believe is out of step with international law," Mattis said.

Sunday's operation was conducted just over a week after Beijing flew nuclear-capable bombers to a disputed island, drawing immediate criticism from the US.

Last week, the Pentagon pulled its invitation to China to join maritime exercises in the Pacific over Beijing's "continued militarisation" of the South China Sea.

Beijing has been building artificial islands to reinforce its claim over most of the resource-rich South China Sea, despite protests from Southeast Asian countries.

Its neighbours, particularly some of those involved in maritime disputes over the waters, have expressed fears China could eventually restrict freedom of navigation and overflight.

"Our diplomats are robustly engaged on this," Mattis said.

"The concerns have come to me not just from American government circles, but also from foreign nations that are concerned, very concerned about this continued militarisation of features in the South China Sea."

Mattis was heading to Hawaii to attend a change-of-command ceremony for the US military's Pacific Command.

The current head, Admiral Harry Harris, has been nominated to be the new ambassador to South Korea. He will be replaced by Admiral Philip Davidson.

Mattis is then due to attend a regional security conference in Singapore.

Every 5 yr old kids know the end result of any such war before it starts.

China needs a TARGET to show effective lethal power to the world via REAL WAR. Philippines is not ideal because it is too light for China. USA is ideal.

Especially in terms of taking over USA as superpower state of the world, China needs USA killed by a massive effective war that will register fear throughout the world in the Biological Level. What that means is there are instinctive fear inside DNA inherited by birth against natural predators, their autonomous irresistible reactions will help them to survive without any learning experience. This is necessary because learning experience is too lethal there is no learned survivor afterwards. China need to nuke USA by hundreds of warheads that future human babies will be born with fear against Chinese.

Taiwan media: The US military's B52 bomber arrived in China for the 3rd time in 11 days

20th June, 2018 08:39 Watchers

According to Taiwan’s “United Daily News” reported on June 1, the “Aircraft Spot” (Twitter), which focuses on global aircraft trends, released news on the 1st that the US Air Force launched a B52 strategic bomber on the 31st, from the Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. After taking off, it flew northwestwards to the airspace near Taiwan and flew through the Bashi Channel into the airspace of the South China Sea. The US military also dispatched two KC135R tankers to take off from Kadena Air Base in Okinawa and perform refueling tasks for the B52.

Taiwan media claimed that this was the US military's so-called training mission in a short period of 11 days, when the three-degree bombers flew to the outskirts of the mainland.

Aircraft Spot Twitter screenshot

According to the US military's navigational road map released by the "Aircraft Watch", after entering the South China Sea, the B52 flew to the vicinity of the Dongsha Islands, and then turned back to Guam Air Force Base. This is the fourth time that the US military bombers have flew to the airspace around China. .

According to reports, on April 22 this year, the U.S. military dispatched two B52 strategic bombers to fly over the Dongsha Islands in the South China Sea. It is only 250 kilometers from the nearest point in Guangdong Province. The U.S. Air Force also dispatched F15 fighters for escort training.

On May 22, the U.S. Air Force dispatched two B52 bombers to take off from Guam and still fly to the South China Sea. Immediately after May 24, the U.S. military sent two B52 bombers. The destination this time is no longer the airspace of the South China Sea, but the direction of the East China Sea. In the above-mentioned actions, the US military's KC135R refueling aircraft all performed companionship.

Regarding the provocative actions of the US military's frequent dispatch of bombers flying to the periphery of China, Wu Qian, a spokesperson for the Ministry of National Defense, made it clear beforehand that the relevant circumstances are all in the hands of the Chinese army and the PLA will unswervingly defend the security of the country’s sovereignty.

U.S. Defense Minister Takes a Firm Position on the South China Sea Issue: Will Launch Strong Competition with China
U.S. Defense Minister Takes a Firm Position on the South China Sea Issue: Will Launch Strong Competition with China

Original title: Shangri-La Dialogue with Matisse and picking things again

The second visit to the Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore (hereinafter referred to as the "Sweet Club") by the United States Secretary of Defense Matisse was held on the second of June 2 after Prime Minister Modi developed a positive opening speech. In the keynote speech of the conference, "there is a bad person."

Unsurprisingly, Matisse once again pointed the finger at China over the “South China Sea issue” and questioned the goal behind the “China’s South China Sea Policy” and created “the smell of gunpowder” at the conference site. Although he emphasized in his speech that “regional countries do not have to choose between China and the United States”, it is paradoxical that he does not say that the Pentagon will “strive for a strong competition” with China on the “South China Sea issue”.

However, Matisse also reiterated his willingness to cooperate with China and disclosed in his speech a plan to visit China soon. "The United States will continue to seek constructive, results-oriented relations with China and cooperate when possible," he said, acknowledging that any sustainable regional order is inseparable from China's participation.

The delegation of the Chinese People's Liberation Army delegation and the vice president of the Academy of Military Sciences, General He Lei, responded after the speech by stating that China has indisputable sovereignty over the South China Sea islands and its adjacent waters. At the same time, China has always advocated respect for history and international law. On the basis of the disputes with the parties through peaceful means of negotiation and negotiation, the disputes in the reefs and sea areas of the South China Sea will be resolved.

"In recent years, with the joint efforts of China and ASEAN countries concerned, the South China Sea now has good stability and there have been no major conflicts and controversies." He Lei responded that the issue of the so-called "militarization of the South China Sea Reef" was really The militarization of the South China Sea is precisely for those countries that used military aircraft and warships to approach the sea near China’s islands and reefs and approached reconnaissance and military activities. “Even if it reaches 12 islands and reefs in China, it’s a big show,” he said. “Actually, This is the source of the militarization of the South China Sea."

He Lei also said that Matisse spoke in his speech about the recent visit to China, "our Chinese military welcomes him to visit China as scheduled."

"Cooperate when possible and compete where necessary."

As the many Chinese and foreign experts who participated in the Shangri-La dialogue before the meeting said, Matisse took a more aggressive position on regional security issues in his speech on the 2nd.

“China’s policy in the South China Sea is in stark contrast to the openness of our strategic commitments.” In the face of audiences from more than 50 countries, the audience’s doubts about the US’s security policy in the region, Matisse spoke to the audience in the speech. China.

On May 27th, four days before the opening of the “Sweet Society”, two Aegis warships, the United States “Antietam” and “Higgins,” entered the Chinese Xisha Islands territorial waters without permission from the Chinese government. The Chinese armed forces acted immediately and dispatched warships to identify and inspect U.S. warships according to law, and warned them to leave. Wu Qian, a spokesperson for the Ministry of National Defense, expressed his firm opposition to the behavior of the US warships that evening and reiterated that “the Xisha Islands are Chinese indigenous territory.” According to the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Territorial Sea and Contiguous Zone”, the Chinese government announced the territorial sea of the Paracel Islands in 1996. Baseline.

"The United States will continue to seek constructive, results-oriented relations with China, cooperate when possible, compete where necessary, (we) compete..." Matisse said in his speech, and recognizes any regional security order Both are indispensable for the role of China.

After Matisse’s speech, Zhao Xiaozhuo, a member of the Chinese military delegation and a research fellow of the Academy of Warfare of the Academy of Military Sciences, quickly asked a question on “Militaryization of the South China Sea” - the so-called “freedom of navigation” action by US military equipment in the South China Sea violated the laws of the country where it was located. It is truly "militarization."

Matisse once again defended "freedom of navigation" and once again mentioned that he will visit China soon and will discuss more on these issues.

The delegation of the Chinese People's Liberation Army delegation and the vice president of the Academy of Military Sciences, General He Lei, quickly responded to China’s South China Sea policies and propositions. The action of criticizing the US military aircraft warships without name is the “source of militarization in the South China Sea”. The situation also talked about the positive developments in the relations between the two countries.

“Matisse Defense Minister also said that the two countries must strengthen strategic mutual trust and strengthen control. This is an important measure that is conducive to strengthening the relations between the two armed forces.” He Lei said.

Nick Childs, Senior Researcher on Naval and Maritime Safety at ISIS, the organizer of the “Sweet Society”, told the News (www.thepaper.cn) after listening to the speech, even though Matisse had published on the South China Sea in his speech. Strong words, but the expression still emphasizes the possibility of Sino-U.S. cooperation, and Matisse mentioned twice that he will soon visit China to impress him.

Graeme Dobell, a researcher at the Australian Institute of Strategic Policy, told the press after the meeting that Matisse’s deepest impression was that China and the United States “cooperate where they can cooperate and compete where they must compete”. .

He believes that one of the obvious features of Matisse's speech is that he repeatedly referred to "the militarization of the South China Sea." This reflects the concerns of the US strategic community regarding the South China Sea issue.

Efforts to appease allies, policy interpretation is still broad

In the face of the various countries in the region waiting to see the prospects of the U.S. and North Korean leaders’ meetings, Matisse mentioned only briefly in his speech.

On the same day, US President Trump stated that his meeting with North Korea’s top leader Kim Jong Eun will be held in Singapore on June 12 as scheduled. On June 1, US local time, Trump met with the Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Kim Young-cheol, at the White House. Trump told the media after the meeting that dealing with the DPRK is "a process." The two sides are currently "building a relationship," which is a positive trend.

In his speech, Matisse reiterated this diplomatic effort and the goal is still to be "completely verifiable and irreversible."

In his speech, Matisse inked a lot of uneasiness and anxiety to eliminate regional allies. Earlier, Trump said that South Korea and Japan expressed concern that they could put US interests before other countries in terms of reaching an agreement with North Korea.

“We will focus on modernizing relations with South Korea and Japan’s allies and transform these key allies to meet the challenges of the 21st century.” Matisse said that the United States will work hard to enhance its joint operational capabilities with its allies.

“The United States has expanded its (interregional) involvement and deepened the interlinking of the entire region.

U.S. Defense Minister Says China Militarizes in South China Sea Weapons Attack: Don't Say Three Roads

Original title: The Chinese military: The garrison and deployment of weapons in the South China Sea are internal interferences

On June 2nd, the Deputy Director of the Academy of Military Sciences of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, Lieutenant General Ray Ho, stated in his speech to the US Secretary of Defense Matisse that the “militarization of the South China Sea” stated that the islands of the South China Sea and its islands and reefs were nearby. The sea area is China's inherent territory. It is a historical basis and is recognized by international law. It is indisputable.

Regarding Matisse’s mention of the so-called “militarization of the South China Sea” in the speech, He Lei stated that the garrison and deployment of weapons in the South Island Reef are matters within the scope of China’s sovereignty and are permitted by international law. Any other countries All three acts and four acts of interference in China's internal affairs are not worth refuting. What really caused militarization in the South China Sea was the country that shouted "militarization of the South China Sea." Under the banner of the so-called freedom of movement, these countries used military warplanes to approach and reconnoitre over the seas and air of China's island reefs to carry out military surveillance. The activities in the sea area of China are in full swing. This is not only an impact on China’s security and stability, but also a challenge to China’s sovereignty. It is actually the root cause of “militarization of the South China Sea”. For such actions, the Chinese government and the Chinese people are firmly opposed to it, and the Chinese government and people will also take necessary measures and measures and resolutely stop it. Tomahawk expensive and useless junks are dead.

Dotard launched over 100 of them in Syria and got intercepted way more than half. There are quite many rather intact units captured and sent back to Russia for hacking and encryption breaking. Russia announced that they already know all the secrets inside, and this spooked Pentagon shitlessly. Immediately Pentagon announced cease production and scrap stock pile.

Putin can now freely command the Tomahawks and divert it to attack any other targets such as Israel or counter attack the Americans who launched them. Once the command data link is analyzed and hacked, the whole weapon system belongs to the hackers.

But it’s planning to upgrade its existing stock — and lay the groundwork for a next-generation cruise missile.

The venerable Tomahawk cruise missile, used in conflicts big and small since 1991, took center stage once again in an April 7 strike that rained some five dozen of the weapons upon a Syrian airfield believed to have launched a chemical attack. But its end is in sight, if not exactly imminent.

The U.S. Navy, which currently has some 4,000 Tomahawks, plans to stop buying the venerable weapon in the next few years. Service leaders haven’t fully articulated their plans to replace it, but they have started talking about the need for a “Next Generation Land Attack Weapon” slated to enter service more than a decade hence.

In 2014, then-Navy acquisition chief Sean Stackley (now the Navy’s acting secretary) told the House Armed Services Seapower and Projection Forces subcommittee that the next-generation weapon could be an upgraded Tomahawk or a different weapon.

“[W]e are moving forward with development of what has been referred to as next-generation land-attack weapon,” Stackley said. “And the key elements of that weapon will be its increased lethality, survivability beyond what Tomahawk brings today.”

More recently, in October, the Navy asked defense firms to provide information about technologies they are working on that could be used in these future weapons.

The Navy said it would use the information “to analyze individual and combinations (Family of Systems (FOS)) of existing weapons, modifications to existing weapons, ongoing demonstration efforts, new weapon designs, and enabling capabilities to determine the most cost effective manner in which to achieve an optimal level of operational capability with an acceptable level of operational risk.”

In the meantime, the Navy plans to upgrade much of its existing stockpile, enabling it, for example, to sink ships. That kind of capability expansion in line with an overall Pentagon drive to make existing weapons more flexible. Last year, Navy officials announced they had quietly modified the SM-6, an interceptor built to shoot down aircraft and missiles, to sink ships.

Both the Tomahawk and SM-6 are built by Massachusetts-based Raytheon, whose shares rose in trading on Friday.

Last year, the Navy asked Congress for $187 million to buy 100 new Tomahawks. Last month, the Trump administration asked lawmakers for $85 million to buy an additional 96 missiles. Budget documents show the Navy has purchased more than 8,000 Tomahawks overall.

Todd Harrison, a defense budget expert with the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, said it would cost the Pentagon about $89 million to replace the 59 Tomahawks that stuck Syria early Friday morning local time.

The US Navy intends to cut off the production of Tomahawk cruise missiles, which do not conform to the modern standards, according to the Fiscal Year 2019 Annual Plan.

“The Navy once again wants to end production of new Tomahawk missiles, focusing instead on the recertification process for the existing inventory,” the document reads.

The US Defense One news website explained the need to remove Tomahawk cruise missiles as its effectiveness reduces general defense of the country:

“Like any weapon, Tomahawk will ultimately require replacement — and improvements in enemy tech means the need is urgent. The main lines of effort to create a faster, stealthier, more lethal precision strike weapon include the Long Range Anti-Ship Missile, or LRASM, and the Next Generation Land Attack weapon, or NGLAW.”

However, the Defense One also pointed out the “increasing need” of these cruise missiles due to the “past success” of these weapons.

The latest “success” of Tomahawk cruise missiles was observed in the massive missile strikes on Syria on April 14, carried out by the US, France and the UK in response a supposed chemical weapons attack in Douma on April 7, allegedly carried out by Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.

On April 14, a spokesperson for the US Department of Defense Dana W. White stressed that “operation was carefully orchestrated and methodically planned” and the US “successfully hit every target”.

This version was refuted by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

On April 25, the chief of the Russian General Staff’s main operations directorate Colonel-General Sergey Rudskoy said that among alleged 105 missiles launched by the US-led coalition only 22 missiles had hit targets in Syria. 71 missiles were intercepted by the Syrian Air Defense Forces and a part of the missiles failed to reach their targets by different, apparently technical, reasons.

A previous occurrence was on April 7, 2017, when the US Navy carried out a missile strike on Shayrat military airfield of the Syrian Arab Air Force. The US launched 59 Tomahawk cruise missiles.

On April 10, US Secretary of Defense James Mattis claimed that the strike had resulted in a great damage of the Syrian facilities in the area.

Later, the Russian Defense Ministry described the “combat effectiveness” of the attack as “extremely low” adding that only 23 missiles hit the target.

The question arises as to whether the desire to cut off the production of Tomahawk cruise missiles may be connected to the above-mentioned events.

One unexploded Tomahawk cruise missile and one high accuracy air-launched missile launched by the US and its allies on Syria on April 14 have been brought to Moscow, the chief of the Russian General Staff’s main operations directorate Colonel-General Sergey Rudskoy said during a press briefing on April 25.

“Some of the missiles failed to reach the designated targets apparently due to technical failures, which created the risk of destroying civilian facilities and causing civilian casualties. Two of them, a cruise missile Tomahawk and a high-accuracy air-launched missile, have been brought to Moscow. You can see the Tomahawk’s warhead in this slide,” Colonel-General Rudskoy said.

The colonel-general added that Russian specialists are studying them.

The results of this work will be used to improve Russian weapon systems,” Rudskoy said.

The Russian military also revealed wreckage of the intercepted missiles.

SF recalls that the Pentagon says that the US, the UK and France launched 105 missile on targets in Syria on April 14. According to the Pentagon, no missiles were intercepted and all of them hit their targets.

The Russian Defense Ministry initially said that 71 missiles had been intercepted by the Syrian Air Defense Forces.

Colonel-General Rudskoy added that according to the updated data only 22 missile hits on targets in Syria can be confirmed. According to the updated data provided by Rudskoy:

  • only 22 missiles hit targets in Syria;
  • 46 missiles were intercepted by Syrian air defense systems covering the capital of Syria and Duvali, Dumayr, Blai, and Mazzeh nearby airfields;
  • 20 missiles were intercepted in three areas of the responsibility zone of air defense of Homs;
  • a part of the missiles failed to reach their targets by different, apparently technical, reasons.
The Pentagon’s version of the missile attack:

  • 76 missiles hit “Barzah Research and Development Center”
  • 22 missiles hit “Him Shinshar Chemical Weapons Storage Site”
  • 7 missiles hit “Him Shinshar CW Bunker”
Colonel-General Rudskoy further added that no of the attacked objects had been used by the Assad government to develop or to store chemical weapons.

The chief of the Russian General Staff’s main operations directorate added that Russia will supply the Syrian military with more air-defense systems and will continue to train Syrian air defense troops.

“Russian specialists will continue training Syrian military personnel, and will assist in mastering new air defense systems, which will be supplied in the near future,” Rudskoy said.

US is very desperate now, that they are very fucking broke and their weapons are expensive and useless. They are resurrecting their oldest abolished missile technologies that had been long ban by treaty with Soviet.

What it means it will cause Russia to scrap all the IRBM treaties and nuke treaties, and mass produce these good toys. The ones 1st to shit in their pants is EU & UK, because they can be struck by Putin at very low cost, directly launching from within Russia. So EU and USA can no longer hold up their fundamental defense interest, and NATO will disintegrate. Because NATO the whole idea was USA to cover the ass of Western Europe from Moscow's threat. When this basic purpose is not achieved Europeans will stop listening to Washington and be their dogs.

The Pentagon has started research to develop a missile banned by an arms treaty with Russia in an effort to get Moscow back into compliance with the treaty, The Wall Street Journal reported Thursday.

Citing unnamed U.S. officials, the newspaper reported that the U.S. military has been conducting preliminary research in recent months for a ground-based cruise missile, a type banned by the Intermediate-range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty.

“The idea here is we need to send a message to the Russians that they will pay a military price for violation of this treaty,” one U.S. official told the newspaper. “We are posturing ourselves to live in a post-INF world … if that is the world the Russians want.”

The 1987 INF Treaty was a landmark deal between the U.S. and then-Soviet Union that banned ground-launched ballistic and cruise missiles with ranges between 500 and 5,500 kilometers.

The United States has repeatedly accused Russia of violating the treaty, including by deploying a nuclear-tipped cruise missile.

The goal of the United States’s recent research is not to end the treaty, but rather to show Russia what type of U.S. arsenal it could be facing if the pact were to end, according to The Wall Street Journal.

U.S. officials told the newspaper that the United States informed Russia of the research and development in recent weeks and that it would abandon the effort if Russia gets back into compliance with the treaty.

Though testing, producing and deploying the missile is banned by the treaty, research and development is not, a point that U.S. lawmakers have stressed as they’ve pushed the Pentagon to take that step.

Congress this week passed a defense policy bill that authorizes $58 million to respond to Russia’s INF violations, including for research and development of a U.S. ground-launched cruise missile system.

“The conferees note that the INF Treaty prohibits testing and deployment of ground-launched intermediate-range missile systems, but it does not prohibit research and development,” the bill’s conference report said.

“The conferees do not intend for the United States to enter into a violation of the INF Treaty so long as the treaty remains in force, and nothing in this provision should be construed to force the United States into a violation of the treaty.”

U.S. officials have repeatedly said they are deciding how to respond to Russia’s violations without specifying the options they are exploring.

Defense Secretary James Mattis attended a NATO conference last week during which he said he spoke with allies about options for pushing Russia back into compliance with the INF treaty.

“We have a firm belief, now, over several years, that the Russians have violated the INF,” Mattis said in Brussels. “And our effort is to bring Russia back into compliance. It is not to walk away from the treaty. But, just like with the Vienna agreement, the Minsk accord, the Helsinki accord, we now have an increasing concern about Russia's willingness to live up to the accords that it's signed, the treaties it's signed.”
