The Mυd-Muslim community has progressed in the past decade, due to its determination to succeed, said MP Muhamad Faisal Abdul Manap. Speaking in Parliament on Thursday (Mar 10), he stressed the importance of education in preparing the community to meet future challenges. He wanted to know how the Government, MENDAKI and the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (MUIS) will be working to ensure that the community continues to progress. He also wanted to know how the Government plans to support the community in new fields such as FinTech, nanotechnology and green technology, as well as the plans of MUIS to raise the expertise level of the community in robotics, pharmaceuticals and green technology.

Why not ask what his race is doing to further their careers in these fields instead?

Don't blame him. PAP set the ball rolling with various race based policies for the past 55 years.
He only wanted the policies to be more targeted and effective.

It is time for PAP to repent and provide Mυds greater opportunities for career in islamic study and leadership. Adopting jawi language is good start.

The best method to control Mυds is using their love for their religion. PAP builds mosques and madrasahs.

There are many mudds who are working as doctors and university professors, just like the good grassroots adviser Faisal. You need to be less racist in your job stereotypes.

If PAP were successful doing that, the proportion in all job sectors and profession would reflect the general population.

But what do we see? The percentage of good jobs do not reflect the Malay population. Instead Malays are overrepresented in the gig economy.

Just look at the SAF. A racist organisation. No Malays at all in some vocations.
