The guy's face wasn't that pock-marked. I wonder what was the stuff they applied that caused those worms to wriggle out from inside the face!

Must have applied m&d packs for facial treatment without the worms/eggs in the m&d removed.

Maybe the worms had found a natural habitat in the nooks and corners of the pock marked face of the man.
