NATO member Turkey allows free flow of Foreign European and American terrorists fighters in and out of Syria and Iraq to join ISIS. The West has never stopped Turkey from allowing in ISIS mercenaries their borders when if they are serious about combating terrorism in the first place.
Russia is about to deal with and punish the masterminds behind the robbery, the serpentine heads of the ISIS operations.
Russia and Iran have a common border: An attack on Iran is an attack on Russia. Russia will retaliate with resolute force.
