World Oil down to USD 89/B, why the $0.30 surcharge still valid?

Now that the Oil price had reach a all time low, what is the reason for the $0.30 surcharge? Old trick again , raise while High and pretend nothing happen when low.....

Will be abolished once diesel price down to $1.15 which is like never.

Why complaint about 30cents is only small amount compare to total taxi fare. If not happy just don't take cab/taxi. There is MRT/bus option.
