Woman finds dead baby girl near rubbish bin
A WOMAN was shocked to find a dead baby girl inside a box while she was throwing rubbish in front of her house in Kampung Baru, reported Harian Metro.
The baby was believed to be a newborn as the umbilical cord was still attached to her body.
She was found inside a box next to the rubbish bin and was in baby clothes.
“I saw a box near the rubbish bin and was stunned to see a baby’s head inside it,” the woman said.
She claimed she was not aware when the baby was placed in front of her house as she was not home the day before the incident.
Dang Wangi police chief Asst Cmm Zulkarnain Abdul Rahman confirmed receiving a report about the dead baby.
According to police, they were still investigating the case and would do an autopsy at Kuala Lumpur Hospital.
