Woman chooses Iranian student over mum
A WOMAN has dumped her mother for her Iranian lover, reported Harian Metro. Ani, 47, said she had been homeless for six months after the Iranian student drove her out of the apartment that she had shared with her daughter in Subang Jaya.
Relating her woes to the daily, Ani said her daughter was earning between RM7,000 and RM8,000 a month but quit her job to be with the 25-year-old student.
Worse, said Ani, her daughter had also left her child and husband, a local, to be with her lover.
Ani said that after her husband died in 2008, she had been dependent on her daughter.
“My husband left me some money and a car.
“However, after my daughter bought the apartment she asked me to stay with her.
“Her friendship with the Iranian through the Internet changed our lives,” she said, adding that the daughter started being rude to her and went to the extent of changing the locks to the apartment to keep her out.
