She's cruel to the dog who's probably suffering in pain due to some terminal illness. Unlike humans, (unfortunately in Singapore), we humans can't opt for euthanasia. At least for dogs and cats, we can. Let the dog go with dignity. Then get a new guide dog, which will probably last her another 10 to 15 years...
