In all fairness, WKS nor the ISD had done anything credible to assist the capture of MSK. If there is, what proof do they have besides "assisting" the Msian Special Branch? Give them Wanted posters of MSK ah?
And whether MSK is caught anot is secondary. In fact, MSK shouldnt be allow to escaped in the 1st place. The call for the culling of WKS stems from his inability to put in place the system to prevent things like these to happen.
