We have been reading how well the poodles caught and courts tried the runners,,,, so far still not a single word on loanshark? got telephone registration even for pre-paid card, with the purchase of high tech toys still cannot catch a single loanshark,,,,
maybe Singapore is porous, and the loansharks get to swim across JB everyday,,,
