Sorry, but this is one heck of a stupid question. It is like asking what happens when your airplane runs out of fuel in midair. The higher the risk or the more disastrous the impact of the risk, the more checks you need to conduct prior to using the equipment. You seem to be comparing flying to driving a car.

I became a Rocketeer and remained as one ever since I got to understand that the beautiful and mighty ERP gantries are here to stay :p:p:p:p:p

Yes you can fly over ERP gantries and escape the charges; but they will charge you a licence fee to fly the machine. It is their airspace you know.

So what about Malaysian airspace? Will the Rocketeer be shot down or will he and his banknote be accepted as friends when he flashes a one-dollar denomination in desperation during the aerial attack?

your jet apack probably can only fly for a few mins before you slam your entire body to the ground...

then MOH will collect money from you if you survive...

if you don't people from Sin Min will do the collections...

Actually we feel that all the other Rocketeers should be shot down by bazookas, rocket launchers, cannons and long-range missiles. Even diligently throwing knives and cleavers in the air would help too. We need all we can get. This will be a deterrent move against those who try to overcrowd the still largely unregulated sky roads.

There is a GOOD REASON why he needs helmet.

His head could fucking hit the (not so high) ceiling.:biggrin::biggrin:

This is what happen when you fly in-door. KNN!

His head can also hit the ERP gate?

no, that is no a stupid question, when airplane ran out of fuel, it become a glider, a passanger jet glid for 1/2 hrs when it ran out of fuel.
a helicopter ran out of fuel, it can switch to autorotation, which can give it enough lift to land.

with that thingy, when it ran out of fuel, it will drop out of the air like a rock.

You can always attach a parachute to that contraption then.

It is still a stupid question because I would never want to fly with an airline that allows its planes to run out of fuel in midair. But I guess you would since you asked that question. If you had asked "What happens if the engine fails?", that would be a different story because equipment failure is much less preventable than running out of fuel.

For your original question on running out of fuel, the obvious answer would be to ensure sufficient fuel before flight or to find some place to land before running out of fuel. Different questions lead to different answers.
