Next GE, if you want to win GRCs, you have to win on your terms ! No debate with the PAP earthings on their policies, you come out your own ideas and proposals to the voters ! This is the only way out to win low-quality votes !
For example ----When we talk about HDB, try to stoke the voters passion, be tactful , tell voters that you are not against FTs but suggest PRs must live in Sinkapore for at least 5 years before they can buy HDB houses becos HDB houses are funded by public money ! Sinkaporeans should come first ! Ask the voters whether it is fair ? You need not attack PAP, you give good proposal to the voters and ask voters to think about it becos their children are going to face the high-priced HDB !
Tell the voters that if the price of HDB is right and reasonable , there is no need for grants and rebates !
The word affordable can be good to some but not to others !
Besides, land is scarce in sinkapore, do we want to fill up the island with flats and foreigners and leave nothing to our local posterity ???
