馬劉勘災道歉磕頭忙忙忙　王建煊：夠了！該回來想想重建

在莫拉克颱風八八水災中，高雄縣甲仙鄉小林村有近4百人遭到活埋，遭到滅村。小林村生還的村民今(25)天下午北上到監察院，直接向監察院長王建煊陳情。王建煊瞄準總統馬英九與行政院長劉兆玄開砲，他說，災後重建非常重要，馬劉「不要老跑到那裡跪在那磕頭啊、鞠躬十秒啊、擁抱一下」，「兩位趕快回到工作崗位上坐鎮，好好地想怎麼災後重建。」

小林村自救會成員10人今天下午帶著陳情書抵達監察院，由監委趙昌平親自到門口迎接，隨即進入由王建煊接見。

王建煊向小林村民強調，災後重建非常重要，他呼籲總統馬英九和行政院長劉兆玄「兩位趕快回到工作崗位上坐鎮，好好地想怎麼災後重建，不要老跑到那裡跪在那磕頭啊、鞠躬十秒啊、擁抱一下。

王建煊說，馬劉兩個人的這些動作他都贊成，連他都想去給大家一點安慰，不過，他又說，「但是你覺得這兩個重要的人物，是不是該回到工作的場所，好好想一想怎麼災後重建，這個災後重建才是最重要的。」

王建煊還說，有關救災不力的究責，兩個月內就會有結果，而對於小林村遭滅村等災害原因的調查，王建煊則強調，半年內會有結果。

議員盧同協動手打災民　民進黨道歉

屏東縣長曹啟鴻今天(25日)中午到萬丹鄉勘災，遭到一名施姓災民用五字經嗆聲，不料和曹啟鴻同行的民進黨籍縣議員盧同協卻誇張的拿起鐵椅和石塊砸向嗆聲災民，造成這名災民右耳朵撕裂傷，送醫急救右耳縫了12針。民進黨中央晚間發出聲明，為黨籍縣議員動手打人「深表歉意」。

民進黨發言人鄭文燦表示，不管基於什麼原因，動手打人就是不對，對於盧同協的行為民進黨深致歉意。至於，拿石頭打傷災民的盧同協表示，連日來國民黨陣營操作抹黑曹啟鴻，支持者都看不下去，因此他才會氣憤動手，但是，這樣的行為當然不對，他願意承擔一切。但他強調災民也不該以五字經辱罵縣長。

曹啟鴻今到萬丹灣內村視察疫情，一下車立刻遭到一名身穿黃衣的施姓男子嗆聲，讓陪同在縣長旁邊的盧同協很不滿，為了幫縣長出氣，竟然拿起鐵椅要往施姓男子身上砸，議員火爆行為，立刻遭到旁人制止。

站在一旁的曹啟鴻沒有任何反應，施姓男子沒住口，越罵越大聲，連五字經都出來了，接下來場面更為暴力，盧同協行為失控，竟然撿起地上拳頭大的石塊往施姓男子身上砸，造成施姓民眾右耳以及手臂血流如注，盧同協絲毫不覺得自己錯了，一付理直氣壯。今年4月，盧同協獲民進黨屏東縣黨部提名為第4選區縣議員提名人選，準備尋求連任。

勘災變成傷害，站在一旁的曹啟鴻不再無動於衷，說能體諒災民的心情，卻又放任讓議員暴力相向。受傷的施姓男子送醫後，外耳、頭皮有著深達4公分的傷口，縫12針後，施姓民眾猶忿忿不平，他說嗆聲有什麼不對嗎？實在太過分了！

縣長曹啟鴻這幾天因為風災以及賑災款的問題，與中央政府及林邊鄉公所槓上，如今同行的縣議員為了替他出氣，拿著鐵椅、石塊砸傷災民，真是一波未平一波又起。

of course an apology isn't enough. i want socialised medicine, decent jobs that won't be sold out to filipinos, a minmum wage so we don't compete with each other to the point where we're pretty much cutting our own throats, and removal of conscription if they can't keep it effiecient(sp?) and insure every NS man AND regulars who aren't white horses. too much to ask??? well, why don't they get a better paying in the private sector if they can't take the pressure??? or outsource their own asses to china?
