Haven't they already robbed organs with HOTA? Still want to further exploit Sinkies when they're dead? 
If people wish to donate organs or their body for science, it's entirely up to their own personal decision. We don't need a fucked up regime, or its mouthpiece propaganda media, to 'nudge' the people into making that choice.
