Will PUB Khoo Teng Chye run back to hide in Temasick?

Apparently neber do a good job as CEO & chief planner at URA and jump ship in 1996 to PSA as CEO there. In 2000 Khoo lost Maersk to Johore Tanjong Pelepas. Khoo was forced to quit PSA in 2002 after loosing 2nd big customer Evergreen after Maersk. He took shelter in HC Temasick small subsidiary Mapletree Investment. Then he was given a chance to run PUB one year later. Last year he admitted he was caught by surprised by the Orchard Road flood. Now apparently he was caught by surprise again. Look like Khoo is always kooning? Loosing Maersk as a customer in 2000 should have awaken him. But no it took loosing another big customer Everygreen to woke up his boss, Lao Goh that it is no small beer and Khoo had to go. Look like it was Lao Goh mistake again to allow forever sleeping khoo back into the game?
