When he was health Ministar and despite all the preaching of staying healthy to avoid BIG medical bills, he stayed UNHEALTHY.

And despite knowing that most peasants cannot foot out the cost for urgent medical treatments that involve BIG cost , like his becos of his medical health rules and schemes, he perfers to think otherwise.

Given that he knew his phoney health scheme does not really work EVEN FOR HIM, he perfers to ignore this and perfer to see the issue that most ppl should already have private insurance coverage like him, besides earning millions to 'take care' of their medical issues.
