He will be meeting Premier Wen Jiabao and Vice-Premier Li Keqiang. SM Goh will also visit Dalian, to attend the meeting of the Young Global Leaders' Foundation Board and the World Economic Forum's 'Annual Meeting of the New Champions 2009'.
While in Dalian, he will meet Dalian Party Secretary Xia Deren and officiate at the launch of Phase 3 of the Ascendas IT Park in Dalian.
SM Goh will be accompanied by senior officials on this trip.
