Two fake monks were spotted near the Esplanade, at the Merlion, three times a week asking tourists for donations, says this STOMPer.
In an MMS to STOMP opn JUly 17, this STOMPer says:
"Fake monks spotted at Elizebeth Walk, near the Esplanade.
"I saw these two fake monks three times in a week near the Merlion asking tourist to donate money.
"Can the tourism board do something about it."
