Why this PE 2023 can't mark a "X" on your polling card with a pen anymore? Special "X" stamps will be provided to stamp on the box of the candidate.

I think this already happened in the last GE. It's something similar to a Hello Kitty ink stamp pen.

It was during the height of the scamdemic and everyone wore a mask to the polling stations.
