The real reason why they are afriad of the new media is becoz thousands of pple pull random bullshit out of their asses every single day. It's easy for them to defend themselves against 1 or 2 from time to time(the "old media") not way they can respond to thousnads of it all the time. Let's face it, real dirt on them is hard to get or if at all possible to prove but random bullshit and rumours can spread and with no real way of defending against them, that's dangerous. It's precisely why the censorship of the old media was in place to begin with, to stop random bullshit
