CNA /ls <<"Singapore's Foreign Ministry said in support of the international community's humanitarian relief efforts for Haiti, the Singapore government will make a contribution of US$50,000 through the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs. -">>
Funny; highest paid politicians in the world, Billions $ Reserves, High GDP etc but donate only $50,000, not even amounting to a DORAI 'peanut'. Surely, the monthly collection from selling COEs would have outgrossed that pathetic amount
Even poor unheard of countries like Guyana, Estonia donated $1 million.
Wonder what happened to all the OIL RICH Middle East countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Brunei?) with the current HIGH OIL prices!
Didn't their KORAN teach them to help the unfortunate or do they believe that INFIDELS do not deserve assistance?
