I have been following the sentencing cases for some time. A law is a law, we have to respect the law of the land, but it is the judges interpretation of sentencing, we really do not know, unless, we are os free to read up the judges summation of the case. But mostly it looks like, depend on the judge, if have a good bfast or got a good 'lay' last night... ha ha ha & foreigners are given some leniency over locals. But who knows, 'the law, is the law, is for the protection of the people.

Maybe some law guru can explain?
