I am getting more and more shocked by the number of PRCs and Vietnameses in S'pore. Lets not forget that these people are actually communists, and many if not all still hold passports from these communist countries. When these people were in school, they were already indoctrinated by their respective communist parties and were card carrying members. Why now the PAP suka suka allow them to come here in the thousands? What safeguards are there that they will not spread communism here? Or form a 5th column and endanger our national security. What security checks have the ICA done on these people?
If you are a catholic and hold political discussions in your church, u are convicted of being a marxist conspirator and put in jail. Yet, u can now be a card carrying member of the Communist Party of China, and freely given PR here. WTF is going on? I remember a time when cheap labor was imported by the thousands from Thailand, Bangladesh, etc. to build the HDB flats and what not. The PAP would never consider allowing in cheap labour from Vietnam or China due to political considerations. Yes, the PAP says that there is economic liberalization in these countries and its ok to do business there and by extension, its ok for their citizens to move here. All I can say is that they are still officially COMMUNISTS. Were they made to give up their communists party memberships and pledge allegiance to S'pore? Does the ICA even care? With so many PRCs and Viets here, its easy for their govt. to put agents in here. If they wanted to destabilise this place, I don't see why they cannot do it. If 70 Iranians can demonstrate in S'pore with no restrictions, I don't see why 50,000 PRCs cannot march the streets in S'pore if they want to, anytime they want to.
