1) Visit the dentist, might be something stuck in the gaps of your teeth.
2) Scrape your tongue.
3) Tonsil stones. That smelly 'cheese' which accumulates on the back of your throat.
4) If it's sinus-related, rinse your nostrils. Consider investing in a neti pot.

go to the nearest polyclinic and get a referral to an ent specialist - they'll know what to do, as the polypi may be the cause of it and other associated ailments

I had bad breath for a spell. Coincidentally happened about the same time I was feeling down. Fixed it with drinking water and eating fibre from vegetable intake.
Do u sneeze often or having allergies sinus ?

yes. but I personally think this sinus allergy is a symptom of a poor diet. Once I switched my diet, my allergies died down. I'm a believer though of mind/body connection. That is, state of mind relates to state of body and vice versa.
