we have reverend KONG HEE or reverend (venerable) min yi. but all these reverends are now in hot soup with the law.

if convicted, would their "reverend" still hold valid?

quite a number of priests were addressed as "reverend" and ended up as being convicted for paedophile offences.

reverend seems to be a cloak to convenient their sins.
