i'm very impressed with Ho Ching losing 280 billions of our taxpayers monies in 1 year!

so that the collective will be encourage to work extra hard for our state coffers and prop it back up to the original value again!!

She is such a rare talent.Of course she deserves the award! It is a highly remarkable achievement to lose so many billions of $ and yet not losing any sleep over it. Who can top this achievement?
